Driver Requirements

To apply, you must be at least 23 years of age, with 1 year of experience and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months. There can be no reckless driving on your record within the past 3 years, or DUIs within the past 5 years. Also, you must have 9 years of verifiable work history. There will be a physical and drug screen required.

Insurance

C&C Trucking has a comprehensive insurance program that provides you and your family with valuable financial protection. Coverage begins the first month following 90 days after date of hire. Medical, Dental, Disability and Life insurances are available.

Retirement

Prepare for retirement by taking advantage of our 401(k) program. You are eligible after 6 months of continuous employment with the company.

Solo Pay Scale

With 1 year OTR experience pay starts at $0.34 per mile. Hazmat endorsement pays an additional $0.02 per mile on all hazmat loads.

Team Pay Scale

Sign on bonus for teams.
1-2 years OTR experience - $0.42/mile After 4 years - $0.46/mile
After 1 year at C&C - $0.43/mile After 5 years - $0.47/mile
After 2 years at C&C - $0.44/mile After 6 years - $0.48/mile
After 3 years - $0.45/mile

Additional Pay

Paid Orientation including hotel & meals if you live over 100 miles from the Duncan terminal.
Stop Pay - $15 per stop after 1st stop for each additional pickup or delivery.
NYC Area Delivery - $50 for deliveries made within zips 100-104 and 110-119.
Retention pay bonus: 1-4 yrs at $400/yr, 5-9 yrs at $900/yr, 10+ yrs at $1,600/yr.
Bonus for clean DOT inspections.
$600 driver referral bonus.
Drivers are also paid for unloading when needed, layovers, short hauls, detention and breakdowns.

Equipment

We operate late model International and Freightliner power units with air-ride suspension, A/C, stereo, power steering and cruise. Many trucks have generators, and are equipped with QualComm, EZ Pass and PrePass.

Rider Program

A Rider program is provided for the immediate family of drivers, after your first 30 days. Proper forms must be filled out and accompanied with the driver at all times. This is in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Department of Transportation.

Home Time

Our drivers get home every 7-10 days, or more often if you live on one of our heavily traveled lanes.
