Class A CDL in state of residence

Dry van or Refrigerated experience

No more than 2 minor traffic violations in the last 3 years

No more than 1 minor accident (preventable) in the last three years.

No speeding of 15 or more over the limit

No reckless or careless Driving

No DOT record-able accidents (preventable)

No DWI or DUI in the last 10 years (no more than 1 ever)

No Felony convictions

No Misdemeanor convictions in the last five years.
