*NEW HIRE PAY RATE IS CAPPED AT THE RATE FOR 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 5 YEARS EXP. THE RATE COMING ON WOULD BE THE RATE AT 5 YEARS IN THEIR GEOGRAPHIC AREA.

* 3 years Experience: South - 36 cpm. Midwest - 37 cpm. Northeast/West - 38 cpm
* 4 years Experience: South - 36.5 cpm. Midwest - 37.5 cpm. Northeast/West - 38.5 cpm.
* 5 years Experience: South - 37 cpm. Midwest - 38 cpm. Northeast/West - 39 cpm
* 6 years Experience: South - 37.5 cpm. Midwest - 38.5 cpm. Northeast/West - 37.5 cpm.
