Company drivers will be eligible for a half cent per mile increase every 6 months of service up to $.41/mile. These increases are based upon safety and performance.

Owner OperatorsServicing all 48 continental United States and made up of over 400 units , the NCI owner/operator fleet makes up the largest portion of the National Carriers driving force.
All units in the owner/operator fleet are linked via satellite to National Carriers to ensure optimum safety and ability to respond to customer needs.
Lease PurchaseOne option for individuals without a truck of their own is the National Carriers Lease Purchase program. Many makes and models of trucks are available, and low weekly payments terms are offered. Pending a credit check, a driver could be on the road and living the dream of owning his or her own truck.
Fleet DriverAnother option for those drivers who do not own a truck is to lease on with National Carriers as a fleet driver. National Carriers has select owners with more than one truck who offer use of their trucks to qualified drivers.
