Company DriversDriver Requirements:
• Minimum 22 years old.
• Must have 6 months verifiable OTR experience in the past 36 months.
• Must possess a valid CDL in the state where you reside.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI's, DWI's or any other violations involving drugs or alcohol within the last 5 years.
• Must have stable work history.
• Must complete a company D.O.T. physical and drug screen.
Home Policy:
We guarantee four days off a month. Our drivers choose the length of time they are away from home with a minimum of
fourteen days on the road. Drivers are also allowed three special days per quarter (as guaranteed home time).

Weekly Paychecks:
Pay on Delivery, your trips are paid automatically by our computer system based on the delivery date. All trips delivered by
midnight Monday night will be paid the following Monday.
Direct Deposit, drivers paid weekly. You may choose to have your pay deposited directly into your bank account, loaded
onto your ComData card, or mailed to your home.

You will have a fleet manager that will assign you hand picked loads !
These are hand picked loads and some will be less ( under 40,000 )

INDEPENDENT DRIVERS FLEET PROGRAM
Optional TRUCK INSURANCE INFORMATION
Bobtail: Provide own or purchase through USA Truck,
coverage limit $1 million minimum. ($8.08 weekly)
Physical Damage: Optional, available through USA Truck, cost based
on value of truck. (value x .004=monthly x 12 \ by 52=wkly rate)
Occupational Accident: Provide own coverage showing USA Truck as the certificate holder or
purchase through USA Truck (available for owner-operator only).
($32.31 wkly-without passenger policy; $33.47 wkly-with passenger policy).
Cargo & Liability: USA Truck provides coverage under dispatch, at no charge to owner-operator.
ORIENTATION
* Owner-Operator is required to bring truck to USA Truck’s Terminal in Van Buren, AR.
* Truck inspection is on Monday at 8:00am.
* Orientation class is held each Monday and completed on Wednesday .
* You will receive a check for your fuel once you are here , @ .65 cents a mile to get here.
* We will take care of a hotel room and your meals while you are here.
Independent Drivers must bring the following to orientation, before a contract can be completed:
* Proof of payment Form 2290 (Highway Use Tax) stamped by IRS as paid.
* Copy of Title (front and back) and lease agreement, if applicable.
* Registration (if title has been applied for and not yet received).
* Bill of Sale or security agreement.
* 3 months prior maintenance records.
Truck Requirements:
* Ten years or newer.
* Must pass DOT and USA Truck inspection.
* Wheelbase must be 260 inches or less from the center of the steer axle to the center of the tandems.
* Weight must be 19,000 lbs. Or less, with half tank of fuel.
* Fifth wheel height must be 48” or less.
* Proof of insurance or you can purchase through USA Truck.
