Company DriversDriver Requirements:
* Minimum 22 years old
* Must have 6 months verifiable OTR experience in the past 36 months
for the Regional, home weekly positions
* Less than 6 mths otr experience only qualifies for OTR - 2-3 weeks out at a time
* Must possess a valid Class A CDL License
* No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
* No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past three years.
* No DUI's, DWI's or any other violations involving drugs or alcohol within the last 5 years
* Must have stable work history
* Must complete a company D.O.T. physical
We Need Recent Student Graduates!
Student: While with Trainer (minimum 4 weeks) = $400 Per week
Student: (On Truck Assignment) = .28 per mile
Student: (Upon Completion Of 90 Days Tenure) = .29 per mile
After 6 months = Same As Road Driver Below w/ Regular Increases

Road Drivers get Regular increases up to .405 CPM (mileage based on Rand McNally Guide Miles)
Weekly Paychecks:
Pay on Delivery: Your trips are paid automatically by our computer system based on the delivery date.
All trips delivered by midnight Saturday night will be paid the following Friday.
Direct Deposit: Drivers paid weekly. You may choose to have your pay deposited directly into your
bank account, loaded onto your ComData card, or mailed to your home.
Benefit Summary :
* Major medical and life insurance begins the first day of the month following 90 days of
continuous employment (upon tractor assignment).(Subject to enrollment in employee Section
125 Cafeteria Plan).
* $500 deductible per person or
* $1000 deductible maximum per family
* The plan covers 80% of all reasonable and customary eligible medical expenses, when using a
PPO network provider or 50% if out side PPO network.

Home Policy :
We guarantee four days off a month. Our drivers choose the length of time they are away from home
with a minimum of fourteen days on the road. Drivers are also allowed three special days per quarter
(as guaranteed home time).

Driver Requirements:
Minimum 22 years old
• Must have 6 months verifiable OTR experience in the past 36 months.
• Must possess a valid CDL in the state where you reside.
• No DUI's, DWI's or any other violations involving drugs or alcohol within the last 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past three years.
• Truck must pass DOT and USA inspections.
• Wheelbase not to exceed 260 inches (center front hub to center last hub).
• Weight not to exceed 19,000 lbs with half tank of fuel.
• Must have truck title and proof of payment on Federal Highway Use Tax.
• Proof of insurance.

• $15.40 per week cost to the driver thereafter.

Bobtail
• One million dollars - $7.61 per week through USA.

• Cost based on the value of the truck.
