Driver Requirements:

Minimum age requirement:22 years old
Be able to be out on the road 2 weeks at a time
Must possess a valid Class A CDL License
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
No more than 1 preventable accidents in the past three years.

Minimum Requirements:

22 years old, Good driving record, Submit to background check, DOT physical


Student: While with Trainer (minimum 4 weeks) = $350 Per week
Student: (On Truck Assignment) = .27 per mile
Student: (Upon Completion Of 90 Days Tenure) = .28 per mile
After 6 months = Same As Road Driver Below w/ Regular Increases

Pay Schedule For OTR Drivers:


Road Driver: (Starting Pay For Experience)
6 Months .30 CPM
1 Year + .34 CPM


Road Drivers get Regular increases up to .40 CPM (mileage based on Movers Guide Miles)
Weekly Paychecks:

Pay on Delivery: Your trips are paid automatically by our computer system based on the delivery date.
All trips delivered by midnight Monday night will be paid the following Friday.
Direct Deposit: Drivers paid weekly. You may choose to have your pay deposited directly into your bank
account, loaded onto your ComData card, or mailed to your home.

2010 Medical Plan Premiums

Major medical and life insurance begins the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous
employment (upon tractor assignment).
$700 deductible per person or
$1400 deductible maximum per family
The plan covers 80% of all reasonable and customary eligible medical expenses, when using a
PPO network provider or 50% if out side PPO network.

Orientation:
4 day paid orientation: $120
We take care of your Bus Transportation to Orientation, Your Hotel, and you will also receive 3 meals per day.


Home Policy:


We guarantee four days off a month. Our drivers choose the length of time they are away from home
with a minimum of fourteen days on the road. Drivers are also allowed three special days per quarter (as
