.95 Cents per Mile .……Loaded and Empty dispatched miles (Household Movers Guide)

$15.00 for additional stops after first initial stop….
$15.00 demurrage pay per hour after 2 hours on all customers
- Demurrage pay is only paid when driver fills out delay form and gets authorization number from office.
- All lumpers will be reimbursed only if driver calls office for authorization!

Layover pay = $150.00 (24 hour layover)
Layover pay = $ 75.00 ( 5-23 hour layover)
*all layover pay may be reviewed, and is left up to the discretion of management

SCALES AND TOLLS
All tolls and scales paid 100% with receipts

FUEL STABILIZATION
We pay an additional cent(s) per mile based on National Fuel Average.

MCLEOD SHOP-BULLDAWG TRUCK REPAIR
Our shop rate to work on your truck is $52.00 per hour on actual hours, plus parts.

PLATES
License plates will be provided by McLeod. In the event you have your own license plate, we will pay you back on a weekly pro-rated rate, which is calculated based on the original plate price.

OWNER/OPERATORS RESPONSIBILITY
Qual Comm will be installed free of charge in your truck. You will be charged $10.00 a week while it is in your truck. (OPTIONAL)
Bobtail, Physical Damage, and Work Comp. Insurance is available thru McLeod Express.
Monthly Maintenance records turned into our shop on a timely basis.
Fuel Taxes will be deducted from your settlement on a monthly basis.

Driver Qualifications for Owner/Operators


23 years of age
6 months Verifiable OTR Experience
No more than 5 tickets in 3 years no excessive over 15 mph over speed limit
(upon review) preventable accidents in 3 years
DUI's and Felonies 5 years and older
No careless, reckless, etc in the last 3 years
No tickets for driving under suspensions, revocations, or cancellations for moving violation points in the last 3 years
