T.W. Transport (TWT) is the refrigerated division operating under the TSI name. TWT specializes in moving food products and other consumer perishables throughout the Pacific Northwest and West Coast.


As an Owner Operator you have a choice of how you are paid. There are 2 options:

Option 1
Mileage Contractors (pulling our trailers) will be paid $.62 cents for all Miles (dispatched and authorized deadhead miles).

We also pay the following:
1. All fuel (tractor)
2. All licensing
3. Fuel and road tax
4. All insurance, including bobtail
5. Federal heavy vehicle use tax
6. Fuel bonus
7. Pick-up and Drop Pay of $20 after 3rd stop
8. Lumper Reimbursement
9. All work preformed on an hourly basis will
be paid at a rate of $25 per hour.
10. No charge for trailer usage, drop loads etc.
11. No charge for Satellite usage, equipment,
installation

Option 2
Gross Mileage Contractors

Gross Mileage Contractros will be paid $.85 per dispatched (loaded and empty) miles.

1. 100% Fuel Surcharge
2. 100% Satellite fee
3. 100% Paid Licensing
4. 100% Load and Unload pay, paid with receipt
5. Pick-up and Drop Pay of $20 after 3rd stop
and $25 for each additional stop
6. Fuel Discount
7. No charge for trailer usage, drop loads, etc.

With our new pay package and more frequent hometime, TWT offers our drivers greater flexibility in getting home while still running good weekly miles.

TWT also offers great team runs and a new mileage contract for owner operators. We pay for everything except your truck payment!
