Now Paying Practical Miles

- Experienced drivers get .32 a mile for all
miles/ Teams start at .38 a mile
- 1/2¢ Per mile raise every 6 months
- We pay for experience (ask for details)
- Quarterly performance bonus - .01 per mile
for all dispatched miles driven during
quarter
- $50 Layover Pay/ Teams $100
- 100% Reimbursement on unloading or loading
- $20 per Pickup / Stop (after first)

Driver Qualification Requirements

- Excellent Driving Record
- Minimum 21 years old
- 3 months OTR experience or recent Driving School graduate
- NO DUI convictions on the last 5 years
- Class "A" CDL
- DOT Physical and drug screen required
- No truck abandonment in the last 5 years
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in
the last 36 months
