Company Driver
Jacobson Transportation has openings for OTR Drivers
Pay for OTR Drivers
* 1-2 years OTR Experience - $0.34
* 3+ years OTR Experience - $0.36
* Safety Bonus ($0.01/mi for ALL miles - paid semi-annually)
* Mileage Variance Pay (Loaded Miles ONLY)
* Additional $0.25 - 0-100 miles
* Additional $0.16 - 101-200 miles
* MVP is applied in addition to the base pay.

* 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year

$0.93 cpm All Loaded Miles. $0.93 cpm Empty Miles after the first 35 miles of each deadhead
**Fuel Surcharge on all paid miles based on DOE Average**
* Free Base Plates with Incentive Provisions
* Free Permits

* Free Passenger Program, effective first day of employment, ages 5-65
Mileage Variance Pay
Additional pay on top of the base pay for loads under 200 loaded miles.
* $0.25 - 0-100 miles
* $0.16 - 101-200 miles
Additional Pay
Multiple Stop Pay
* $45 per stop (excluding first and final stops)
* $35 per hour after the 3rd hour (max $225)
Safety Bonus
* $0.01 per mile semi-annually (if qualified)
Equipment Deposit
* $1,500, $60 deducted weekly
Orientation Pay
* $100, hotel, physical, drug screen, and majority of meals provided
